Hotel Policy
- The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to the room, furnishings, fixtures, or property and agrees to reimburse HOTEL by the credit card given at check-in and also gives HOTEL authorisation to do so should damage occur.
- HOTEL and Staff assume no responsibility for accidents or injury to guests, loss of money, jewellery, or valuables of any kind.
- Pets in the rooms are strictly prohibited. If there is evidence of a pet being present in the suite, a fee of £200.00 will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in.
- Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. If there is evidence of smoking in the rooms, a fee of £100.00 will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in.
Check-in time and Policies
- Check-in time: 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
Early arrivals and late departures: If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access to your room, we recommend calling ahead of your arrival time and requesting immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will always do our best to accommodate you, but we can not guarantee an early arrival or a late check-out; both are based on availability.

If you do not require assistance from our front desk team, please leave your room keys on the table inside your room, and you may exit the property via the designated Side Door.
Cancellation Policy
- We require a 24-hour notice to cancel your reservation without any fees.
- Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to noon the day before arrival.
- Cancellations after this time, or if you fail to arrive, will be subject to a charge of the first night of the stay.
- There is no refund for the non-refundable rate.
- All reservations require a credit card guarantee to be provided at the time of booking. Actual charges will be processed at check-in.
