I thank you for your availability and kindness to my request to change rooms to have a room on the
higher floors as I have serious insomnia problems. I liked that even after only staying two nights they
tidied up the room and always provided us with bottles of water. Breakfast included in the price

We arrived in London with the goal of seeing as much as possible, so the hotel room was really only for sleeping and taking a shower. But for that purpose, it was perfectly fine, and I would definitely consider booking here again.

Location was excellent, very close to the underground, atmosphere was great, very colourful and lively, rooms were good, clean perfect for two people. Value was good, there wasn't too much noise. Quiet, Great value
We were 3 in the same room, room small but very clean. The bathroom has been renovated. Excellent quality/price. 10 minutes from Waterloo train station on foot. I recommend, for a 3-star, very nice.
