Reservations at City London Hotel may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

• If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night of the reservation.
• No-shows may also be charged the first night of the booking.
